Hello all! We've been watching the new family for days now! My son is jealous... he wants to do his homework with a litter of puppies nearby!

I have a soft spot for two of them... the little blue collar who likes to hang out up at moms neck a lot and the little meatball that doesn't have a collar.... are they spoken for?

I've got my husband right where I want him... he's even watching the puppy cam with us... so it looks like we're all on board... just have to figure out who... how do you decide which dogs you'll sell? Have fun down there!!! Christine Rosenfeld

What stunning dogs, I love their faces actually everything about them.
Now to my question? I'm not interested in showing, but I raise Sheep and would love to have this breed help out with this, so if you ever have a puppie or adult that you feel doesn't meet your plan, consider me, I provide the best care, respect and love for my current dogs, I'm also not interested in breeding. Let me know, elayne

Elayne, feel free to contact me when you are ready for an Estrela. They are a working breed, so will be at home with the sheep.

I think, Estrela's are beautiful dogs! I'm currently researching several
different breeds for our family. We want a large dog and have 3 acres of
land, 50% wooded. Our last dog passed after 11 years, he was our big
beautiful mutt. He actually looked like an Estrela! Do you have a litter
planned for 2010? if so when? and what would a puppy cost? if they aren't all
spoken for?

I LOVE MY PUPPY! her and Dourado are the BEST BUDDIES. People are amazed at how calm of a puppy she is ... wait, I'M AMAZED. She is the most perfect fit puppy for my family!!

I have a male Estrela I brought home from the Estrela Mountain.
We go every year and I plan on bringing home a female next time.
I disagree w/ one thing on your website-the Estrela is the perfect dog and is one of the rare breeds that is almost great for EVERYONE. Especially kids. They are perfect.
I enjoy looking at people who breed or own Estrelas here in the states!

No dog breed is perfect for everyone. We have had rescues. But I am glad you are so happy with the Estrela. i am too.

Hello Cindy - your Estrela's are beautiful and we are becoming more convinced that this may well be our next pup. We just had to put down our Bouvier after 13 years and coping.....

You have been in contact with my husband and I have hopped online to meet you and your dogs. Nice web page and wonderful information! Thank You - your caring, love and commitment really shows.

I have been purusing the web and know in my heart that I just couldn't have anything other than a working breed who loves water - we were very spoiled with our Bouv - she was the best with the babies and with us - however, when my husband told me he had found your site and wanted me to take a look - I am quite surprised by my reaction - I would love to know these dogs! Neverr thought my attention and affections could be turned from the Bouvs!

Excited to hear more and look forward to returning to your wonderful site!
